This bright space is true to the building’s industrial past: the cement flooring is combined with the exposed brickwork of the ceiling. The interior was decorated with built-in furniture in a matt finish that elongates the space and gives visual continuity. The open-plan space includes kitchen, dining room and living. In the kitchen, the self-contained unit has a top in monumentally Green Forest marble. A hinged door divides bedrooms and bathroom from the main living space. Here concrete and matt-lacquered surfaces are combined with the warm feeling of oak wood, which clads the bathroom walls separating the bedrooms from the bathroom.
