Carpet One-Stroke 1/2 by Nodus

Designed by Nendo, the decoration of the One-Stroke 1/2 carpet resembles a drawing imprinted with a black pen on white paper. It is designed in three variants with the aim of showing the process of decorating: one that has a quarter of the design, one with half of the design and one with the design completed. Each piece is carefully hand woven in wool by artisans from the Rajasthan region of northern India for a period of six months. Nodus, before relying on the collaboration with the designers, studies the interpreters and their path to understand the expressive language: thus born collaborations with the best designers on the international scene, including Nendo, the Campana brothers or Matali Crasset.
