Caiigo is inspired by Venetian sunless mist at dawn (Caiigo means mist in Venetian dialect). Its lampshade is made through a distinctive process used by Murano glassmakers: their craftmanship will determine the right mixture of white and clear glass to obtain the desired hue of the glass. Therefore each piece is unique and features a slightly different mixture of white/clear glass. The Murano technique is here combined with LEDs technology which will elegantly suit any modern design scheme. It provides ambient light directed downwards making it ideal over a kitchen table or a working desk.
