Armoured Door Meccanya- Laminam by DI.BI. Porte Blindate
Laminam is a new collection of armoured doors in laminated porcelain. Suitable for outdoors and indoors, the thin ceramic sheets are hard-wearing and resistant to scratches, frost, fire and UV rays. Available in a choice of eight colours: Collection Intense Black, Hemp, Oxide white, Oxide grey, Black Mat Oxide, Oxide black and Oxide Pearl. Laminam is available in two different styles: Liscio (manufactured from a single sheet) and Modern (manufactured from several horizontal laser-cut sheets and an insert in satined aluminium, which is in turn placed in the centre of the overall panel). The picture above shows the "Laminam Modern" cladding on a Meccanya door. The lock is automatically controlled by a mechanical system. When closing the door both latchbolt and lateral deadbolts get closed at the same time. Meccanya has: steel counter-frame with 12 anchors to wall, adjustable hinges on three axes with hinge cover, frame in zinc-coated frame, steel leaf, wide-angle spyhole, lateral diverters, weatherstrip bar, 5 fixed dogbolt hinges. Thermal insulation with high-density expanded polyurethane.
